Vendor FAQs

Q: Where is my booth? 

A: Your booth location will be emailed to you no later than September 4th


Q: What are the dimensions?

A: If you are part of a photoshoot team then you will have special booth set up instructions. Standard vendor booths are 8ft. by 8ft.


Q: What size table do I get?

A: You have the option to choose from 6ft rectangle, 60in. round, 48in. round, or a highboy. Again if you are apart of a photoshoot team you will have specific instructions.


Q: Is a sign included?

A: Yes, a basic sign can be ordered if you need one :)


Q: What linen will be on my table?

A: Based on the location of your booth, a specialty linen will be selected for you. We will let you know no later than September 4th.


Q: What time is load in?

A: 9am


Q: What is the show schedule?

A: See below...

9:00 - 12:30 - load in and set up

12:30 - 1:00 - clean up and move vehicles

1:00 - doors open

4:00 - end of show

4:00 - 5:00 - clean up and tear down


Q: Will I have power?

A: If you need it, yes :)


Q: Can you send me free tickets to give my brides?

A: Yes! For any social media contest you would like to do we will give you free tickets to give away as a prize! (Limit 10 tickets per vendor)


Q: Can I include stuff in the swag bags?

A: If you have a small gift, promotional item, or gift card we are happy to include these in the swag bags. Flyers and brochures are not accepted for the swag bags.


Q: Can I do a giveaway?

A: Yes, you can do a giveaway from your booth but we will not be announcing giveaways as part of the show. Instead of the giveaways, we will have a silent auction where brides can bid to win your giveaway.


Q: Where do the proceeds of the Silent Auction go?

A: The Engaged Girls are creating "Marriage Prep" packets to give to the brides we meet with. These packets will include a copy of The 5 Love Languages book along with other materials that will help newlyweds navigate the first year of marriage.

Q: Can I serve alcohol at my booth?

A: Please obtain permission from the Haven manager Jackie Rowell


Q: Can other vendors info be included in my booth?

A: No. To maintain the integrity of our shows we only allow participating vendors to be promoted.


Q: How many brides do you expect?

A: 200-250


Q: Is there a fashion show?

A: No.


Q: Will I receive a complete lead list?

A: Yes.


Q: How can I become a seminar speaker?

A: Seminar sessions are currently filled but if you are interested for the February show then let us know!!


Q: When is the next show?

A: February 18th 2018 WOOOOHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!


Q: Will I have help with load in?

A: Yes, members of the GoPro event team will be there to help you.


Q: Are candles permitted?

A: Please obtain permission from the Haven manager Jackie Rowell.


Q: Can I promote the show online?
