The Engaged Collective Winter Bridal Event is the perfect time for newly engaged brides to get a jump-start on their wedding planning. Most Birmingham Brides get engaged over the holidays so the Engaged Girls host this event right after Valentine’s Day for optimal bridal attendance.

Vendors can expect a traditional bridal event set-up with standard booth spaces. A highly anticipated fashion show finale concludes this event. The Engaged Collective includes educational planning seminars and a silent auction benefiting Engaged’s bridal ministry- equipping brides with resources to prepare for marriage.

Engaged Vendor Partners receive the first chance to participate, with discounted rates, in the Engaged Collective. Outside vendors may be invited to participate on an invitation only basis.

IMPORTANT BRIDAL EVENT VENDOR INFORMATION 

(frequently asked questions)

 

[ ]   Power is provided by the venue; however, you must bring an extension cord. 

[ ]   Standard vendor booths are 8ft. by 8ft. If you have a structure that requires more room, please let us know in advance. 

[ ]   You have the option to choose your table size. We will send you a form to choose from a 6ft rectangle, 60in. round, 48in. round, or a highboy.

[ ]   Vendor signs can be ordered for an additional fee.  

[ ]   Linens are provided for your table. If you do not need a linen, please let us know on the Google Form. 

[ ]  Sponsor benefits include: early set-up on Saturday, optimal booth location, hosting a seminar, presenting sponsors receive a double page spread in the Engaged Collective Lookbook, the lead list one week before the other vendors, and the opportunity to include marketing materials in the swag bags. 

[ ]   Load-in is at 9am on Sunday. Sponsors may set up on specified times on Saturday. 

[ ]   The show is over at 4:00pm or at the conclusion of the fashion show. We ask that you remain set up until the event has ended.

[ ]   We will give you free tickets to give out to your brides- limit 10 tickets per vendor. These tickets are for free bride admission only. 

[ ]   If you have a small gift, promotional item, or gift card we are happy to include these in the swag bags. Fliers and brochures are not accepted for the swag bags. 

[ ]   You can do a giveaway from your booth but we will not be announcing giveaways as part of the show. Instead of the giveaways, we will have a silent auction where brides can bid to win your giveaway.

[ ]   To participate in the silent auction, you must provide a physical item to set on the table by your bidding sheet. 

[ ]   Proceeds from the silent auction go to equipping Engaged Wedding Library brides with materials to help them prepare for marriage.

[ ]   The Haven is located at 2515 6th Avenue South Birmingham AL 35233. 

[ ]   To ask about serving alcohol or having candles at your booth, please speak to Monica or Jackie at the Haven.  

[ ]   To maintain the integrity of our shows we only allow participating vendors to be promoted in your booth space. 

[ ]   You will receive a lead list 1-2 weeks after the show. Please use email best practices when emailing the bride leads. 

[ ]   Members of the GoPro event team will be there to help you load-in.
